insuffecient proof? i only got curious when i realised they had donator symbol and i though "oh donatoers already" checked paypal.. nothing so i checked the logs to see THREE accounts given moderator rights and 2 had donator status.

Future information. DONT go making a crap load of accounts staff.. if you was testing it would have been nice to either inform either me or david first (and tested on one account, not three).. as i honestly thought someone was hacking the forums and changing rights..

yes he infringed on staff rights, but since he is now a member, it is IMPOSSIBLE for him to repeat this offence. he is perminately demoted and is inelligable for any staff position in the future. in addition to these two punishments, he will be muted for 2 weeks on the server and has recieved 3 black marks. After accounting for these 4 punishments, a 1 year ban from the server/forums is an excess and unneeded punishment.
