well guys long story cut short, basicly i sold my level 137 rs account for $300 (yes ik its worth more) but it got hacked and someone took 100m.. im refunding the difference. But..

i'll have $200 left in my paypal im willing to put into the server, well probably around $100 i'll put in.

so if anyone could find how much vps is and for how long + price of a forums that would be fab.

on another topic the server should do well as im about to buy some bots and sell rsgp $1/mill. so we should have back up $$ if anything goes wrong with the server.
